Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Veccia Sdn Bhd, Selangor, Malaysia. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include everything except delivery, which is shown before you pay.

For international orders, prices are shown and charged in the currency displayed at checkout. The amount and currency on your order confirmation are the contract price.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment completes, and you receive an email saying so. If we cannot fulfil an order (a stock error on our side, for example), we refund it in full immediately and tell you why.

Product

Our extraits are concentrated perfumes for personal cosmetic use. Keep them away from heat, flame, children and pets. Colours can deepen naturally with time; that is the nature of concentrated perfume, not a fault.

Liability

If something we shipped is faulty, we replace or refund it, as described in shipping & returns. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer protection law.
