Shipping & returns
Shipping
Every order ships free, anywhere in Malaysia. We pack within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Saturday, and you receive a tracking number by email the moment the parcel is booked. West Malaysia typically sees delivery in 1 to 3 working days, Sabah and Sarawak in 2 to 5.
Glass travels in at least three layers of bubble wrap inside a rigid box, which is more than the couriers themselves require. Breakage is rare; the next section covers it anyway.
Shipping abroad
We now ship to Singapore and Brunei. Delivery there is the live courier rate, shown at checkout before you pay, in Malaysian Ringgit, and it covers tracked door-to-door delivery. Free shipping applies within Malaysia only.
Arrived damaged
If the box looks crushed or you hear glass, here is exactly what to do:
- Before opening, start a video. One take, no cuts, showing the parcel sealed and then opened. Malaysian couriers only accept damage claims with an unedited unboxing video, so without it, nobody can claim: not you, not us.
- Keep everything: the parcel, the wrapping, the broken bottle. The courier may ask to inspect it.
- Send us the video within 48 hours of delivery, by email or the chat on this page, with your order number.
Then we take over. We file the claim with the courier on your behalf and send your replacement as soon as it is approved. The unboxing video is what makes that claim succeed, so keep it safe. Courier insurance covers up to RM200 per parcel, which covers almost every order in full. Without the video the courier rejects the claim, which is the one case we cannot replace, so please film every parcel that looks knocked about.
Wrong item
If the label says a scent you did not order, that is our mistake. Tell us within 48 hours, keep the wrong bottle sealed, and we ship the right one immediately with a prepaid return label for the mix-up. You are never out of pocket for our error.
Changed your mind
An unopened bottle, seal intact, can come back within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange; return postage is on you, and the refund goes out once the bottle reaches us intact.
Once a seal is broken, the bottle is yours. Perfume touches skin, so a sprayed bottle can never be resold to someone else, and we will not pretend otherwise. That protection works in your favour too: no bottle you buy from us has ever been opened before.

Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived
Tell us within 48 hours. We pull the courier's delivery photo and GPS record and chase it from our side. Most of these resolve within a day or two; if a parcel is genuinely lost, we replace or refund it.
