Shipping & returns

Shipping

Every order ships free, anywhere in Malaysia. We pack Monday to Saturday, so your parcel is usually on its way within 1 to 2 working days, and you receive a tracking number by email the moment it is booked. Orders placed over the weekend go out the next working day. West Malaysia typically sees delivery in 1 to 3 working days, Sabah and Sarawak in 2 to 5.

Glass travels in at least three layers of bubble wrap inside a rigid box, which is more than the couriers themselves require. Breakage is rare; the next section covers it anyway.

Shipping abroad

We now ship to Singapore and Brunei. Delivery there is the live courier rate, shown at checkout before you pay, in Malaysian Ringgit, and it covers tracked door-to-door delivery. Free shipping applies within Malaysia only.

Worldwide orders

Every Veccia we send abroad is alcohol-free: extrait-strength scent in a skin-friendly base that carries no ethanol, which is what lets it travel by air. International delivery is by tracked courier, priced for your country at checkout, and free once your order passes the threshold shown on each bottle.

International prices are shown and charged in the currency displayed on the site. Any customs or import duties your country charges on arrival are the recipient's responsibility; our order values sit under most countries' duty-free thresholds, and every parcel is declared accurately.

Outside Malaysia

If an order arrives not as it should, we replace it. One replacement per order, photos rather than a video, within 7 days of delivery, and you keep what arrived. We do not ask for anything to be posted back: return postage from your country costs more than the bottle, so it would help nobody.

We do not refund a change of mind, and that is the one thing worth knowing in advance rather than after. It is also the one thing you can rule out before you order: the discovery set is four 10ml bottles for the price of three, and the quiz takes a minute.

Arrived damaged, inside Malaysia

If the box looks crushed or you hear glass, here is exactly what to do:

1. Before opening, start a video. One take, no cuts, showing the parcel sealed and then opened. It is the clearest evidence there is, and it settles any question in one go.
2. Keep everything: the parcel, the wrapping, the broken bottle.
3. Send it within 48 hours of delivery, by email or the chat on this page, with your order number.

Then we take over and send the replacement. We pack glass in at least three layers inside a rigid box for exactly this reason, and breakage is rare, but when it happens it is ours to put right.

Wrong item

If the label says a scent you did not order, that is our mistake. Tell us within 48 hours, keep the wrong bottle sealed, and we ship the right one immediately with a prepaid return label for the mix-up. You are never out of pocket for our error.

Changed your mind, inside Malaysia

An unopened bottle, seal intact, can come back within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange; return postage is on you, and the refund goes out once the bottle reaches us intact. This applies to Malaysian addresses only, for the reasons in the international section above.

Once a seal is broken, the bottle is yours. Perfume touches skin, so a sprayed bottle can never be resold to someone else, and we will not pretend otherwise. That protection works in your favour too: no bottle you buy from us has ever been opened before.

Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived

Tell us within 48 hours. We pull the courier's delivery photo and GPS record and chase it from our side. Most of these resolve within a day or two; if a parcel is genuinely lost, we send another one.
